Musicians Jo Cleland and Paul (Rocky) Dotterer prepare the music program on alternating Sundays for our worship services.
Music is carefully coordinated to support the spoken message and theme for each service. We seek to express the diversity of Unitarian Universalism through our music by featuring a wide variety of genres and styles, including Classical, Traditional, Spiritual, Folk, Pop-Rock, Show-Tunes, and World and Ethnic music. We also enjoy a variety of instrumentation on occasion as well to include accordion, cello, flute, guitar, piano and violin.
The experience of music is a fundamental element of worship during our services, through congregational singing, and through the steady efforts of volunteers. Along with our professional musicians some of our special music is offered as a gift of time and talent from members and friends.
We are always welcoming new members to sing and/or play an instrument for our worship services. If you are interested, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
